Horská Vilenka
The pleasant Mountain Villa is located on the southern side of the Low Tatras in the foothill village of Mýto pod Ďumbierom. The property is suitable for groups of families, married couples, but also for individual clients looking for cosy accommodation together with private wellness and garden in a village environment.
Horská Vílenka in the Low Tatras can accommodate a total of 19 people in three double rooms, two triple rooms, and a large family suite with two separate bedrooms, a living room with a dining table, and a kitchen. There is also a well-designed lounge with a fully equipped kitchen, bar, tiled fireplace, and dining area.
The whole idea behind the Horská Vílenka is to provide accommodation in a village villa by Horská VíLenka - a local lady who is the co-author of the concept and interior design. Horská Vílenka is an original house from the period of socialism, built in 1958, then partially renovated in 2008 and, after being purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Jorčík in 2018, renovated again and finalized in 2019. Together, we tried to give the house a pleasant and non-violent appearance of a mountain villa, but at the same time acknowledge and keep the shape of the socialist architecture. In the interiors, we decided to commemorate the recent times of our grandparents with some elements in the form of original roller walls and bring cozy elegance to the space while maintaining the rural character. The interior is dominated by earthy colours complemented by vibrant floral or copper accessories. Each room has its own distinct style, but they complement each other and form a coherent and logical ensemble.
