The Horehronie region, the south side of Chopok mountain, is the right place for active holiday and relaxation! In winter it offers 70 km of sloped maintained by artificial snow within reach of 15 km, more than 30 km of maintained cross country skiing tracks and plenty adventurous alpine skiing tracks along peaks of the Low Tatras, adrenaline-boosting freeride zones and snow parks. Horehronie becomes a paradise for cross country skiers and it is a favourite destination for alpine skiers, who often visit mountain chalets and shelters.
