The Tourist Information Centre in bell tower is located in a newly renovated town tower on Brezno’s square. The variety of regional products and souvenirs can be found in the modern information center surrounded by the original walls of the town tower Brezno. You can drink Brezno’s original coffee, prepared in the local coffee roastery The Coffee Club, even from thermocups with the motive of Brezno.

The Tourist Information Office in Brezno was established in 1995 as a part of the Municipal Office department. On the 1^st of January 2005, it became part of the town's contributory organization - the Municipal Cultural Centre in Brezno. Since the 1^st of July 2015 the office again has belonged to the Brezno Municipal Office. In 1997, after meeting the given criteria, the association got accepted as a member of the Association of Information Centres of Slovakia. The office has a regional scope. It provides information about the whole of Horehronie.

TIC HOREHRONIE is unique by the way it is put in practice. Wooden exterior just like interior, furniture made of pallets, the pioneering though unusual free wifi zone in the region and plenty of other surprises hidden in the rooms of the Information Centre. Plenty of advertising materials from the entire region is complemented by luring souvenirs or other products of Horehronie. Relish dairy products from the Breznian dairy. The Saber Distillery also offers its fine production, such as the local Hugáň vodka, in the information centre. You will merely find wide range of magnets, jewels and other souvenirs in here. Last, but not least, paper goods from the company Addy Slovakia are another unique objects within TIC’s offer.

The Zbojská saddle Information Center serves the general public and provides information on the possibilities of recreational and touristic use of the near and more distant surroundings (Horehronie, Gemer, Slovak Ore Mountains, Low Tatras, Muráň plain, Vepor hills). In the information centre you can buy various handmade souvenirs from folk artisans from the nearby area (Gemer and Horehronie).

The mission of OZ VYDRA is preservation of traditions, cultural and natural values, promotion of a healthy lifestyle, environmental education and permanent cooperation with partners via voluntary activities.
