Accommodation "U Deda a Starkej" (Grandpa's and Grandma's)
This beautiful accommodation is located in Čierny Balog and was the result of a dream that, over time, turned into reality. All his life, Grandpa arranged many get-togethers with friends. Always for the purpose of making them feel good, be comfortable and most especially to meet everyone together. Grandpa's goulash, pork knees, ribs, lamb, suckling pig and Grandma's halušky, buns, lángos, mushroom soup, and raspberry jam always put a smile on the faces of our guests and they are always happy to return to us. Today, as Grandpa and Grandma (that's what our children call them) are approaching retirement age, we have decided to extend their hospitality to others and help them make this dream come true.
The accommodation is ideal for multiple families or a group of friends. It features 4 apartments with en-suite bathrooms, a large lounge with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The 4th apartment also has a separate entrance, its own smaller kitchenette, and its own bathroom. It can also be rented separately. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property and parking is provided at the premises. It is possible to use holiday vouchers.
The house is built of high-quality materials. It has an amazing temperature in the summer without the use of air conditioning and insulates well in the winter. In case of bad weather, a fireplace and many board games will make your moments and comfort more enjoyable. Summer moments can be spent in the large enclosed courtyard with a gazebo, in which there is a wood-burning stove and a barbecue. The yard also has a large grassy area for playing games. You can relax either in the hot tub or in the sauna. In summer, you may also use the children's pool. There is the Seven bar within walking distance with friendly staff, good beer, a pool table, slides, and swings for the children. There is also a larger playground for children nearby, including a tennis court.

Apartment 3: with two bedrooms with double beds and in one of them there are 2 extra beds - also pull-out beds,
Apartment 4: bedroom with 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed, with living room and kitchen,
Each apartment features a bathroom equipped with a shower, basin and toilet. Apartment 1 also features a bathtub.
