this popular folk wisdom is also reflected in the work of Lucia Vačoková, who grows herbs in local meadows on the border between Brezno and Rohozná. From these herbs she produces tasty, fragrant and, above all, healing products. Lucia pours her love, primarily for mountain herbs, into her products, and for several years she has been mixing tea blends for bronchitis, better sleep or other maladies.
In addition to herbs, she also processes the fruit she grows, turning it into delicious syrups and jams. All her products are produced in small quantities in harmony with traditional recipes and technological processes. Among the non-commercial varieties, you will find rosehip and sloe syrup as well as jam, chokeberry syrup and black elderberry syrup.
The herbs are harvested in sunlight at the time of their greatest healing power, patiently and gently dried in the dark - avoiding direct sunlight, in order to preserve their miraculous effects. Herbal teas are packed gently in paper bags, syrups and jams in glass jars with a minimal ecological footprint in mind.
