Chata Tále – The House of Mountain Rescue Service
The cottage is located in the quiet setting of Tále in Bystrá Valley, which, in the summer, is the starting point to Chopok, The Hut gen. M.R. Štefánik, Ďumbier. During the winter season, the ski resorts of Jasná, SKI Tále, and SKI Mýto pod Ďumbier are within reach.
Accommodation
The cottage offers comfortable accommodation for couples, friends and families. There are double rooms and family multi-bedroom rooms with a capacity for 3, 4, and 5 people. The total capacity of the cottage is 45 beds in 13 rooms. Of course, each room has its private bathroom, TV, fridge and kettle. The majority of the rooms also feature a balcony. We are a pet-friendly establishment and your pets are welcome.
In the summer season, there is also a camping site for tents and caravans with electricity connection and sanitary facilities available.
Visitors may use the gazebo with a fireplace and barbecue. You can have fun with outdoor ping-pong, darts or badminton. There is also a children's playground with a trampoline, a sandpit, and a bouncy castle.

Restaurant
Here you will not only eat, but you will really enjoy yourself. Among our biggest favourites are our genuine burgers with organic beef from Turová farm, and salad with halloumi cheese from Lavella farm. Of course, the menu also includes tried and tested classics such as bryndzové halušky or lángos.
The restaurant is open daily from 11:30 to 20:30 also for non-staying guests. The bar is open until 22:00. During the summer season we operate a sun terrace.
We will be happy to help you organize your family parties, anniversaries, graduations, small weddings, or wakes. Depending on the type of seating, we can cater for up to 40 people.
Wellness
Both guests staying at the hotel and non-staying guests can relax undisturbed in our new private wellness area with a view of the forest. There, you will find a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, a cooling bath, and a whirlpool. Booking in advance is required.
